CARE GUIDE · IMPORTANT
Keep it beautiful with less effort.
This is preserved botanical décor, not an aquarium plant or a living moss wall. Follow the care guidance below.
💧
Never water or mist
Water can damage preserved moss and change its color and texture.
☀️
Avoid direct sun
Choose a spot away from sustained direct sunlight and high heat.
🏠
Keep indoors and dry
Avoid splashing water and humid places such as steamy showers.
🪶
Handle gently
Do not scrub. Gently remove loose dust with a soft, dry brush if needed.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
A few details worth knowing.
Is this real moss? Will it grow?
It is real natural moss that has been preserved. It is no longer a living plant, so it does not grow and needs no watering or fertilizer.
Do I need a ZIP code for Product Only?
No installation ZIP is required on this product page when you choose Product Only. A shipping address is still required to calculate available delivery options at checkout.
Is hanging or installation really free?
The first frame has FREE eligible basic hanging; each additional frame is $45 for the same installation visit. We add the fee automatically in your cart. Valid Orange County ZIP and suitable existing wall required. Delivery, electrical work, structural changes and specialist mounting are excluded.
Are all the gallery photos exactly what I will receive?
No. The two identified model references above are labeled. Other imagery may show similar styles for inspiration only; not every variant has an approved exact-model photo yet. Exact source details and commercial photography permissions remain under review.
Are the pieces stocked in a ROSITA warehouse?
No. They are sourced on demand. The 7-piece selection limit is not a claim of physical stock; exact availability and fulfillment timing depend on the supplier.
