Yes. Initial questions and preliminary estimates are free. If your project requires a paid visit, custom design or other paid work, we'll explain the cost before proceeding.
04Will I know the cost before work starts?
We'll explain the proposed scope, products, pricing and next steps before asking you to approve any paid work. Any changes should be agreed on before proceeding.
05Can you provide devices and materials?
We can discuss sourcing suitable products or working with compatible items you already own. Availability, product costs, and what's included are confirmed in the proposal.
06What about installation, warranty and support?
Some work requires licensed professionals or permits. We'll clarify what can be provided for your project. Eligible manufacturer warranties and any separate workmanship support will be specified before booking.
